Leadership in Agile Organizations
On Tuesday October 4th 2016 it is time for our annual Conference on Leadership in an Agile Organization.
What can you expect?
We’ve got keynotes from Jurgen Appelo, Jaap Peters and Edwin Stoop. Parallel sessions on: the power of visualization and how it is related to leadership, Agile transformations driven by HR and the role of HR in changing leadership, the impact of culture in Agile transformations, Insights in Agile transformations at different organizations (including non IT) with a focus on leadership: the contagiousness of Agile Leadership, valuable tools and skills, advise on what to do and what not to do…. The lessons learned.
Speakers from ING, KPN, PGGM, KLM, Vodafone, B-IT, BlinkLane Consulting, VXcompany, Wemanity, Xebia, Winkle and more, are eager to share their learnings.

The Agile Consortium stimulates and inspires a growing Agile Community and this is our key year event in the Netherlands to bring together our member from Education institutes, end-user organization and service providers. But not only our members, also interested non-members, who should be warned for possible infection with the community virus. So here is the warning ;o). We hope they will join us and use the investment in attending this event to become a member and join our events for free. The workgroup Agile Leadership will give us an update on their progress, share results and inspire you to join them in their next steps. A special thanks to our certified Agile Masters who participate in our continuous inspiration quest, and again bring us interesting sessions in this event. The Certify to Inspire program from the Agile Consortium really makes a difference in the land of (Agile) Certification.
