How would it be to work in an Agile way with a group of 75 to 125 people? It’s not a proven practice yet, but many organizations regard this as a relevant and realistic question.
There are certain Agile organization frameworks that support the application of Agile on a larger scale. One of them is the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) developed by Dean Leffingwell. (Dean has held an introduction on SAFe in October 2013 for Agile Consortium the Netherlands)
Jeroen Venneman and Frank Langeveld have followed the training by Dean Leffingwell and are now Certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPC). Together they developed a game to introduce SAFe in an accessible and practical manner. The game facilitates the exchange of knowledge on Agile organizing. People who are not yet familiar with SAFe can play the game as well: it’s an easy and playful way to experiment with different concepts of SAFe.
Do you feel like getting acquainted to or broadening your knowledge on SAFe? Don’t wait another second and subscribe to this event. Feel free to bring a colleague!
