Only 6 days to our Dutch Annual Conference: sign up quickly

Another 6 days and then it’s time: the start of our Dutch multi-day Annual Conference ‘Meaningful Agile’. All keynotes, workshops and presentations will address the question of how to make your transformation really meaningful and what the impact is of a meaningful transformation.

For the first time we do this online so we are very happy that our key sponsor Quint supports us to make this go smoothly.

More than 270 people have already signed up for the keynotes and the workshops are filling up fast as well. Would you like to attend (part of) our events for free? Then sign up quickly via the Meetup link on our website Please note that most of the program will be in Dutch, except for the keynotes by Michael and Daniel.

Engagement is underexposed in agile transformations

An aspect of agile transformations that is being underexposed is the creation of engagement among employees, according to Daniel Mezick. And this while it is this commitment that is the key to successful change. In this blog (in Dutch) you can read how you can increase that engagement by placing more decision-making power with the employees. Daniel also talks about this at our Meaningful Agile Annual Conference. You don’t want to miss this, of course. Sign up for this free event by going to and clicking on the Meetup link.

Ynzo van Zanten: Every company can be ‘meaningful’

Every company has the potential to be ‘meaningful’ and to make a difference.

For Tony’s Chocolonely, meaningful is even the compass on which the company sails.

According to Ynzo van Zanten, Choco Evangelist at Tony’s Chocolonely, every company can make an impact, because every company has a role in society. How you can be meaningful as an organization, Ynzo explains in this blog. (in Dutch). He is also a keynote speaker at our Annual Conference on 1 October. Would you like to hear his story?
