The original idea behind the Agile Manifesto is – among other things – to make the work more fun. In practice, it often gets worse when an organization wants to work ‘agile’. According to Michael Sahota, CEO at SHIFT 314, this is because managers impose far too much. The transformation then has a counterproductive effect. It is time to bring the focus back to the people.
