For organizations looking to keep pace with a fast-changing world, the principles and practices of the Agile movement offer a compelling path forward. But even as organizations promote “Agile” values and implement Agile frameworks, they often find themselves struggling to change the long-held beliefs and expectations that keep them tethered to old and inflexible ways of working. Matt LeMay, organizational consultant and author of Agile for Everybody thinks the number one reason for this, is a difference in expectations.
