The 2 hour workshop Graphical Facilitation by Koen Dekeersmaecker is a kickstart towards getting started with visual presentations, facilitating processes, graphical recording (visual recording) of a meeting or sharing of knowledge in a visual way.
The workshop starts at 16.00 until 18.00 is free of charge* for Members of the Agile Consortium, non members pay 50 euro (exc VAT).
At 1800 we have a warm and cold buffet until 1900

From 1900 until 2030 the Agile Consortium facilitates the LeSS Recap Meetup with special guest Craig Larman. In this event Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) adoption war stories, workshops, tips and coaching techniques will be discussed. The preliminary topics are: Talk Craig about LeSS, Talk Cesario about LeSS, and Group activities.
The LeSS meetup if free of charge* for everybody, we only need to know if you will make use of the buffet and will ask for this information after confirmation of your registration.

We will end with drinks from 2030 until 2100.
