We observed that many many of the company-wide transformations that started several years ago are regarded as ‘on track’ and that knowledge needs are now shifting to more specialised topics, e.g. DevOps, product management and Kanban. But also to specific domains such as procurement, HR and MarCom.
A large thematic conference for everyone working with agile in the Netherlands is less in line with the current developments, which is why we choose not to organise an annual conference in 2024. What does fit in with the current developments are small knowledge-driven meetings for and by professionals in which topics are discussed from the reality of practice. That is what we as Agile Consortium will focus on during 2024.
