Workshop 1: Understanding Biases by Robert van Lieshout
Explore common biases that impact workplace relationships and decision-making. Understand how to talk about biases in a team setting. Be able to apply some tactics to reduce the impact of biases.
Workshop 2: The Five Love Languages by Linda van de Gevel
Discover the five love languages and how they influence communication styles in organisations. Learn how to identify your own and your colleagues’ love languages. After this workshop you’ll know how to take the first step in strengthening and fostering connection in teams and the workplace.
