On April 17 KNVI srvision organizes the annual service management day. With this year cases from Vodafone, PostNL, Ministry of Defense, UMC Utrecht, ‘s Heerenloo, Waternet and Port of Rotterdam.

With this year’s theme (Service our Future) you will be immersed in the future of service management based on 3 (sub)themes:

Service Integration: we dive into the complexity of service integration (SIAM), where we unravel the challenges of managing complex ecosystems and dynamic supplier landscapes. Also consider integration “on the front end” with enterprise service management and value chains with integrated security & compliance.

Sustainable impact: we go beyond service to a better world! How can we leverage the transformative power of service management in creating a sustainable and inclusive future? Topics such as sustainability, diversity, open collaboration, and improving colleague and customer experiences (XLA) have become integral to our ecosystems. How do we ensure positive, lasting impact?

Smart technology: what will the service landscape of tomorrow look like? We show how the application of AI, process automation, chatbots, self-service, cloud platforms and advanced implementations of ESM & ITSM tools really help our customers move forward.
