Network for senior leaders – 1st meeting – Utrecht

In an ever-changing environment, adaptiveness is the key to sustainable result. The leader’s role is crucial, but it demands leadership from a different perspective.

What is evolutionary change? How to create a clear purpose and a coherent strategy, while you ask your teams to self-organize? How do you stimulate the courage to be entrepreneurial and at the same time being cautious to controlling risks? How do you simplify as opposed to making things increasingly complex? How can you be agile in turbulent times when regulations lead to overly rigid measures? How do you pay attention to integrity, sustainability, diversity, and inclusiveness? How do you create a working environment where people love to work and collaborate?

The Agile Consortium provides a platform that aims to bring senior management together to share experiences, collect new ideas and to be inspired by thought leaders on the topics of leadership, adaptiveness, and evolutionary change.

Introduced by an inspiring speaker on a specific topic, experiences and dilemmas are shared during a moderated round-table dialogue with peers. The session will be concluded with a plenary debrief of the learnings. The objective is to go home with some new and actionable insights.

During the session, we will share a meal.

Who are the participants?

• This network is particularly accessible for senior leaders who, in their daily job, are confronted with rapid change and transformation, and who, at the same time, are responsible for the continuity of the company.
• The network is not intended for consultants, trainers, coaches or alike, looking for an assignment.

Sessions:

On Tuesday 6th June, we will organize the first session. The theme will be “Back to Simple”, introduced by Wiko Mocking. In this session, we will also assess which topics will be interesting for the next sessions. We will start with the session at 17:30 and we will wrap up at 20:00. Locations are to be specified later.

There will be a fee per session of € 60,- for members of the Agile Consortium, € 225,- for non-members.
