On May 14, the Agile Consortium is hosting the fourth Enterprise Agility Dialogue (EAD).
An Enterprise Agility Dialogue consists of a small group of up to 20 participants who organize a company visit to one of the participants 2 or 3 times a year. A participant must be willing and able to host the participant group once every few years and be willing and mandated to share lessons learned around Enterprise Agility within his or her organization with this group. For a participating consultant, this may also include a willing client organization of this consultant.
The program is as follows:
- 16.30-17.00 uur walk-in
- 17.00-17.15 uur opening
- 17.15-17.45 uur block 1a Lecture on PhD research on software knowledge transfer
- 17.45-18.15 uur block 1b Lecture on generative AI and ethical aspects of data and algorithms
- 18.15-18.45 uur meal and networking
- 18.45-19.30 uur block 2 Lean Coffee
- 19.30-20.00 uur block 3 inventory topics and host next time
- 20.00-20.30 uur drinks
By the way, we apply The Chatham House Rule at the meetings: “participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”
