Monday 10 March’s event will focus on the changing world around us. Together with InnSpire, we offer three interactive sessions that tie in with the pressing topics in agile anno 2025.
In the first contribution, Derk Jan de Grood and Nienke Alma of InnSpire examine the changing perspective of organisations and of the Agile Coach. What kind of support really adds value to the Agile transformations of large organisations today? How do we as a profession fit that demand? What job title describes both what adds the most value to organisations and what we are willing and able to deliver to those organisations? Should we be concerned if that is not ‘Agile Coach’?
The second contribution deals with the next phase in agile: facilitating true business agility. Working agile in the context of the organisation so that results are demonstrably achieved at organisational level. In concrete terms, this means actual integration of business and IT teams so that end-to-end working results in staff departments also joining a cadence with a higher frequency than the annual cycle. Jeroen Venneman, president of Agile Consortium, will take you through this next step.
After dinner, we will continue on the trend towards business agility together with the attendees. What does this require of us and what support is needed? Join our exploration. The best way to predict the future is to help shape it yourself.
