Improve the chances of winning by collaboration
Against the background of the FIFA World Cup of Soccer in Brazil, we will focus on the chances of winning by an Agile way of working. Just like with soccer teams collaboration is also essential in Agile teams. The Rabobank has chosen ‘collaboration’ as their leading motto. Departments have been turned over to enable Business, Development and Operations to engage collaboration. In all programs Agile Champions facilitate the process of change. Simultaneously this requires the suppliers of the Rabobank to proactively move along in the Agile way of working. And also offer solutions that provide additional value. This shapes champion teams, by which Rabobank becomes assured to maintain their position upon world class level.
What are we going to do? During this event we want to focus on the trends and experiences with the Agile way of working in today’s rapidly changing world. VersionOne and Xebia present the outcome of a worldwide survey and survey in the Netherlands about the applications of Agile. These results will be mirrored upon the best practices at Rabobank. The Agile Champion program of Rabobank will be enlightened and Agile Champions share their practical insights. Rabobank and their main suppliers Ordina and Cognizant share their visions and best practices in the collaboration of working Agile.
And last but not least our keynote speaker Lee Cunningham will share his great international experience in the domain of collaboration and Lean-Agile ways of working. Lee Cunningham works around the globe with several teams on all different organizational levels and will share the do’s and don’ts from his experience.
