About Intent-Based Leadership
Is your time and energy being drained by putting out fires and supporting your staff that seem unable to solve problems on their own? Do you feel like you’re being micro-managed and that your great ideas go unheard? What if everyone in your company were contributing?
Creating organisations with Intent-Based Leadership results in a workplace where everyone engages and contributes their full intellectual capacity. A place where people are healthier and happier because they have more control over their work – a place where everyone is a leader. Intent-Based Leadership organisations create an environment for people to contribute so that they feel valued. They set clear goals so their people know how to do their jobs. They push control and decision making down the organization so people take responsibility and rise to the occasion.

About Empowering people is impossible
Agile leaders don’t empower people, they create spaces where people thrive and deliver value faster. It is up to an individual to feel empowered. But how can we create this environment and break old habits that get in the way? How can weincrease people’s intrinsic motivation?
Jenni will talk about Intent-Based Leadership, where the Agile leader gives control, and the neuroscience that supports it, as well as how we can re-wire our brains to create new habits that make it possible for us to succeed.

About Leadership challenges in an agile environment

The focus shifts from ‘command and control’ to create business value by exploiting the full potential of the organization. Organizing collaboration is therefore an important precondition.

Axis into Management supports ING in the development of the necessary leadership skills in an agile environment.

Speakers from both organizations will provide the presentation.
